everyone is a foreigner somewhere

 A foreigner is a person that arrives in our country leaving his country of origin.

When the foreigner is a rich people that arrives in Italy for tourism is very welcome.

In the other case  foreigners are considered criminals, job thieves, or people maintained by the Welfare  State.

We should bearing in mind that isn't possible generalize  about such a large number of people from different cultures.

Often foreigners are people that leave their homeland to work in our country in sector suchs as building, agricolture or mining, sectors in which the Italians wouldn't work anymore.

For foreigners is more difficult to integrate if they do not abandon their traditions, and try to be "Italian".

On the other hand there are those who understand that immigration is necessary but would like it to be managed more effectively, for example by accepting those who already have a job, a limited number of people fleeing the war and try to place those who cannot find a job in other countries.
